primitive vintage wire winding reel for garden hose, laundry line, rope

Primitive old wire winding with with a wood handle, ratchet and bracket for wall mounting. This would be good for winding up garden hose, clothes line, ropes etc... maybe even homespun yarns!

This measures 10 1/4" across and about 7 1/2" from the wall. This has some rust.
