Victorian style vintage ornate gold frame w/ hand painted old roses china picture

Lovely very ornate picture hand painted on china, framed in a gold gesso decorated frame. The painted tile is nearly 'new', the frame I believe is a Victorian era antique. These work well together, it looks like a complete in period piece!

It measures about 18 1/2" x 15" overall. The china picture is signed by the artist, and is in excellent condition. The frame has some damage to the molded decoration, not really very noticeable as there's so much going on in the design.
