Victorian vintage metal bullion tassels, handmade macrame pulls for bell or antique lighting

Lot of three handmade metal bullion tassels with cotton macrame, late 1800s vintage. I believe these were probably switch pulls or a bell pull or maybe part of a plant hanger - they don't really look like bag or garment trims to me.

These are very fancy, and must have been very time consuming to make. They were saved away for a century in an old sewing basket! Clean, and in good solid shape without brittleness. They do have some wear / broken threads (see photos), nothing unraveling.
