antique embossed ivory paper bandbox, Victorian vintage collar box

Antique collar box, 4" in diameter x 5 1/2" tall. This is pretty, with old flowered print paper and embossed texture paper covering, lined in fine cotton fabric.

The box cover fits snugly and lifts off easily, it's kept it's shape very well for a piece about 125 years old. There's wear and soil to both the interior and exterior cover, however.
