vintage tooled brass tissue box cover, hand wrought metal w/ tarnished patina

Heavily tarnished tooled brass tissue box cover, 70s or 80s vintage, we think? We've shown the photos with a regular square box of tissues (not included) so you can see the exact size.

It's a tight fit to get the tissue box inside this cover, but once in place, it's stays put, and you can carry it around as one piece, or easily move it around on a table or desk without everything coming apart. Very nice!
