Old antique copy of "Bacon's Essays - by Francis Bacon". This volume is published by M.A. Donohue & Co - Chicago. It is leather bound with a gilt art binding and gilt page edges. There is some wear to the corners of the cover. We're not sure of the exact vintage of this copy. It measures 4 1/4" x 6".
