vintage table cover cloth shawl w/ Indian elephants, fringed silk brocade

Beautiful silky fringed table cover cloth or piano scarf shawl made in India, with elephant design woven in blue and gold silk or rayon - a little different from the usual Taj Mahal design! It's 83" x 60" over the fabric, with a 4" long fringe at the borders on two sides. 1940s or 50s vintage, we think? The fabric and fringe are in very good condition, we saw no holes or spots, and just a few pulled threads or short snags.
