old antique tinned metal pitcher with heart on hinged lid, primitive syrup pitcher

Heart decorated all metal syrup pitcher with hinged lid, vintage 1900 or thereabouts. No makers marks that I could find.

This I believe is tin plated or nickel plated, probably over brass. It's not magnetic, and it looks like brass showing through where the plating is worn.

Pitcher is about 5" tall overall, clean inside and out. A nice old piece.
