antique Flemish art tinted pyography box w/ red poppies, vintage lap desk

1920s vintage wooden box with Flemish art style wood burned design, red poppy floral, very pretty. The box was used as a lap desk, though the wood insert is now missing.

Measures 10 3/4" x 7 1/2" x 2 1/2" deep. There's a slight cupping to the cover, though no splitting or cracks. The hinges and closure are a mixed assortment of fittings, all showing wear.
