early 1900s vintage RS Germany hand painted china sugar bowl w/ art nouveau floral

RS Germany hand painted china sugar bowl, circa 1920s at our best guess based on the marking and the design. It's a lovely floral in unusual colors.

This measures about 5 3/4" across the handles. There's very little wear to the finish, but there are a few chips to the inside rim of the jar, which don't show at all with the lid in place.
