90s Y2K vintage crushed velvet fabric, rainbow colors tie dye, boho goth festival luxe fabric

1990s or early 2000s vintage tie dye look crushed velvet fabric, 44" wide x 2 yards. This is some sort of synthetic, but not terribly stretchy. Nice for a lined top, or a big hobo bag. It's in excellent condition, nice and clean, never used or laundered
