depression era handmade patchwork quilt, vintage print cotton feed sack fabric soft pretty colors

Vintage hand tied patchwork quilt, 1930s or 40s depression years. This is all feed sack fabrics, beautiful colors - pink, blue, mustard gold, lavender - the colors really work well here. Print border and backing fabric are also cotton feed sack prints. It measures about 78" x 84".

This was used and loved, and has spots and soil front and back. It's just as found out of a farm estate, I haven't washed it, though the fabric looks supple and solid, and I think it'll look so much better after a good soak! There's a few holes and unstitched seams that you'll want to mend - no major holes or tears. Border looks good, solid, no fraying.
