30s vintage patchwork quilt top, all old cotton prints, tumbling blocks

Nice old antique quilt top in a pieced blocks pattern, all cotton print fabrics in wonderful bright colors, hand-stitched. This measures 50" x 82", we're guessing the age to be late 1930s or early 40s?

The fabrics look very good, not worn or frayed, and there are no spots or soil marks, it's nice and clean.
