old turkey red print undyed cotton homespun wool filled whole cloth quilt

Early 1900s vintage hand tied quilt, wool filled, with a lovely old turkey red print cotton fabric front and back. The cotton is a natural unbleached color, with a rough homespun weave. It's been tied all over with green wool yarn, and measures 74" x 84".

This has a little yellowing from use or from age, but is in remarkably good condition without fabric wear, fading, fraying, holes or spots. The wool batting is fairly even, this was carefully stored, and isn't bunching.
