retro mod vintage flower shape brass scrollwork candle holders, Norway

Small solid brass wire candle holders with mod looped design, marked Norway - 1960s or 70s vintage, we think? There are five candleholders in this lot, all 2 3/4" in diameter. These need cleaning and polishing, they have tarnish spots and some wax remains from use.
