vintage moonstone opalescent glass comport candy dish, crimped ruffle edge bowl

Lovely vintage moonstone opalescent glass pedestal dish, 7" in diameter across the bowl and 3 1/2" tall. This is an older Fenton piece, we think?

This is in very nice condition without chips or cracks, does have a few tiny paint flecks to the stem, as show in the photos.
