very ornate vintage tray, painted gold wood frame & handles on formica?

Gold and hand painted gesso on wood framed tray, with smooth lacquer-like tray surface made of formica, I think? It's 17" x 13 1/2" overall, in very good condition without damage or noticeable wear.
