Fostoria American cube pattern glass mayonnaise bowl, sauce ladle

Vintage Fostoria mayo dish with glass (though not Fostoria?) spoon or ladle. The bowl measures 5 3/4" across the rim and looks excellent. The spoon has a few tiny fleabites to the end of the handle, though the bowl of the spoon looks fine.
