1930s 40s vintage enamelware ladle / dipper, white enamel w/ red band trim

Vintage enamel ware ladle, bright white with red trim. It's about 14 1/2" long end to end - the bowl measures about 5" in diameter. It's been used, and has some light wear and and a few rust marks as shown.
