Michigan Copper Country souvenir, vintage lucite paperweight native raw copper ore flake

Vintage lucite acrylic plastic paperweight, a souvenir of Michigan's Copper Country, with raw copper inside. Maybe this is like copper nuggets which is picked up of the ground, or maybe it's out of the copper mining process - I don't know, but it looks beautiful in its native shape, and is really cool.
