OBG? vintage paperweight, pink green clear glass swirl like a unicorn horn

Hand blown and shaped art glass paperweight, not signed that I could see - maybe OBG? This came our of an estate with several OBG signed paperweights.

It's swirled like a unicorn horn or an ice cream cone, in pink, green, white and clear glass. Stands about 3 5/8" tall. It has a biggish chip at the bottom edge, hard to see clearly or photograph well, because of the swirl shaping of the glass.
