Wilton Way of Cake Decorating 70s vintage complete course three volume set

Set of three big books on the art and techniques of cake decoration, published by Wilton, 1970s vintage. First two are called an encyclopedia, the last covers the uses of the different cake decorating tubes.

All are well illustrated with tons of color photos of the step by step instructions and of finished cakes. Great for amateur bakers and bakeries alike.

The set is in good clean condition, some wear to dust jackets, former owners name marked inside.
