antique amber brown glass beer bottle embossed Jacob Hefty Monroe Wisconsin brewery

19th century vintage heavy brown glass beer bottle (11" tall) embossed Jacob Hefty Monroe Wisconsin. We believe this bottle is 1890s or earlier, since that seems to be the when this brewery was last in operation, at least from the information we were able to find.

We've never found a piece from the Hefty brewery before, and very seldom find beer bottles this old.

It does show age and wear, and has a residue of some sort on the inside of the bottle which we were not able to easily remove. The outside is clean, and there's no chips or cracks to this piece.
