old cobalt blue glass bottle or castor set cruet, vintage pressed glass bottle & stopper

Unmarked old pressed glass bottle, just 4 5/8" to the top of the glass stopper.

Not sure if this is a vanity table cologne bottle, or a cruet bottle for a castor set? It measures 1 1/2" across the base.

Condition is very good, clean without chips or cracks. Mold lines are a little rough, this looks like a cheaply produced piece, maybe from a child's 'toy' set? I love the cobalt blue color!
