antique style vintage Standard metal cherry pitter, old box from White Mountain

Cast metal gadget for pitting cherries - I haven't actually tried this as I ate that tiny handful of cherries before I had even finished taking these pictures. Note to self - next time don't use very expensive tasty props in photos!

The box and instruction sheet are marked White Mountain - New Hampshire, but the tool itself is Standard - Mt Joy Pennsylvania. The design looks very much the same, I think.
