antique tire changing tool for split rim wheels, Model T Ford vintage tire tool w/ 1925 patent

Antique vintage tool for changing the tires on automobile wheels with split rims, such as the model T and model A Fords, early Chevys etc.. We didn't see a makers name but it is marked with a patent date of March 10, 1925.

It measures from about 18 1/2" to 22 1/4" when straight.

This is rusty and is missing a pin or bolt on the adjustment and should be a simple fix.
