primitive old farm dairy tools, milk & cream can churn stirrers/dashers
more photos of this product belowFor sale... two old stirring rods with long handles, dashers made to agitate milk or cream in milk cans. These were used on dairy farms and in old creameries many years ago to help cool the milk and stir or skim the cream after the cream had risen to the top of the milkcan.
These are heavy steel. One has a perforated bottom and the other has a solid bottom with a pouring lip. They both measure about 25.5" long and 5.25" across the bottom. The one with the perforated plate has old gray paint. These work well if you want to stir up the milk in a 10 gallon size milk can.
