antique vintage Signal electric fan, heavy iron base oscillating fan needs cord

Vintage Signal electric fan, very heavy, made to stand or be screwed down at the base. It measures about 10 3/4" across the cage.

This has had the electric cord cut off, so I haven't been able to test it. The head moves smoothly when turned by hand, as do the metal blades. Switch at the base (off, and high and low speeds) slides smoothly between positions.

Needs a little cleaning and dusting, but overall, this looks good with original finish. The Signal emblem on the front of the cage is worn and scratched. But this'll be a real beauty with a little work. I don't see too many of the early electric fans around much these days.
