Rochester nickel silver teapot, antique early 1900s vintage railroad table ware
more photos of this product belowVintage Rochester tea pot - we've seen this piece attributed to the 1960s, but 1920s or possibly a little earlier or later seems much more the construction and style period to us.
We believe this is nickel plated, or possibly chrome plated, over copper. It doesn't really look like silver plate, it has no tarnishing to speak of, though it does have a few spots of wear and peeling to the silvery finish. The interior shows some copper spotting through.
It's a six or eight cup pot, but we're not sure it's in a condition suitable for tea today. It's a beautiful, decorative piece!
