Two large oval serving plates or platters, vintage silver plate. Both have tarnish, but the plate looks good, not rust spotted, or polished down to copper or brass.
The roast or game platter is not marked with a maker that we could find, measures about 17 1/2" long end to end, and stands on four small feet.
The oval platter or tray measures 18" long overall, and is marked Rogers. I think this one is sheffield plate (silver plate over solid brass or copper), though it's not marked as such. The weight seems about right for that, heavy and solid, a nicely made piece.
