vintage English silver serving utensil, silverplated salad tongs server made in England

Vintage silverplate salad server made in England, still in the felt storage bag. This doesn't look as though it's been used very much if at all.

The tongs are tarnished - we haven't polished these. They measure about 10" long end to end.
