vintage silver gravy boat or sauce dish, double spout shape w/ attached plate

Vintage silver plate gravy boat with attached underplate, unusual double spouted shape. This measures about 8 1/2" long overall.

It's tarnished and worn from years of use, with a beautiful patina just as it it. It's very heavy, an older piece, though I couldn't find a makers mark.
