Baker's dozen of assorted antique linen damask towels - these are big towels, early 1900s vintage bath towels. The fabric is lovely, of a quality very rarely found these days. And most of these have fancy work - drawn thread or lace, some beautiful old monograms.
There's two pairs in this lot, nine singles. Sizes are about 18" x 38" to 24" x 46". Condition varies, though I don't believe any of these are flawless. We saw only a couple of tiny holes over the whole lot, though.
All have some spots, or browning / yellowing discoloration - sounds worse than it looks. The two eyelet towels have dot 'spots' where I think they must have had price stickers, I haven't tried to remove those, or clean any of these.
