blue glass Ball Ideal storage jars or canisters lightening lids and 1908 patent

Lot of two antique blue glass Ball Ideal canning jars with glass and wire lightening lids. These are one quart size jars and are both marked with a 1908 patent date. The glass lids also have a aqua blue tint.

These have rust to the wire bails from many years of storage in a farm house attic.
