vintage solid brass push up candlesticks, pair of adjustable candle holders for taper candles

Pair of vintage push up type candle sticks, solid brass. These are unmarked, possibly from Sweden? They're neatly made, but have a slightly rough look, not polished at every surface.

They measure about 4" x 4" overall. Condition is good, though used - some small dings and dents, tarnish and spotting.
