EAPG antique milk glass plate anchor & helm ships wheel capstan cable border

Early 1900s vintage pressed glass plate, translucent white milk glass, nautical design with cable and chain border, anchor, ship's wheel or capstan. It's about 7 1/4" overall diameter. No damage, but also no makers marks, so I'm unsure of the manufacturer of this piece. WWI vintage, or perhaps a little earlier?
