Set of 1880s vintage china plates with hand painted fruit, all six plates 8" in diameter. These are heavy porcelain, with openwork border to hold ribbons for hanging. These are unmarked, but came to us with a note dating them to the 1880s, and seems about right to us, based on their looks in general. All six plates are in very good condition - though they have wear to the gold trim, there's no chips or cracks to the porcelain, and no discoloration or staining.
