hand-painted roses porcelain, vintage divided bowl, china nappy w/ handle

Lovely hand-painted china serving dish with handle, about 7 3/4" across the bowl. This is unmarked, though looks like old Germany or Prussia to us? There are a few soil marks to the unglazed bottom rim of the bowl, otherwise very nice, without chips, cracks, or wear to the paint.
