vintage clear glass sauce ladle or small punch ladle w/ double spouted bowl

Vintage glass ladle a little larger than a mayo dish spoon, a little smaller than a glass punch bowl ladle. It's 3" across the double spouted bowl and about 7 1/2" long end to end.

It's in very good condition without damage, though we don't know the pattern name or maker of this one, sorry!
