vintage Oxfordware pottery fridge boxes, set of covered bowls in cornish blue

1930s or 40s vintage Oxford ware (Universal pottery) refrigerator boxes in Cornish blue. This is a nesting set of two round bowls, each with a lid. The larger bowl measures 5 1/4" across the top x 4" tall.

Both bowls look very good without scratching or staining. There's a medium sized chip to the rim of the cover for the larger bowl. (The lid of the smaller bowl looks nice.)
