Pair of unmarked hand carved wood candle holders, mid century vintage, probably Bavarian I think. These have a wonderful whimsical style, like something out of a fairy tale, right off a cuckoo clock!

These are trees with dwarfs or gnomes resting under them. They measures about 6 1/2" tall overall, sized for regular taper candles. They're perfect for candles at Christmas, a magical wonderland style.
