vintage milk glass decanter bottle w/ tall glass stopper, Portieux Vallerysthal France

Vintage milk glass genie bottle with a big round glass stopper, about 9 1/2" tall overall. It's in excellent condition without damage.

This is unmarked - we've been told it's Portieux Vallerysthal (French glass), but haven't been able to find any other examples in this pattern.

It has a heavy classical scroll or acanthus leaf design, swirled shape. The glass is smooth and opaque white, 20th century vintage, not antique.
