vintage pressed glass novelty, belted buckle box to hold coins or cigarettes

Mid-century vintage pressed glass box to hold something small... probably playing cards or cigarettes, we think! Though it would make a great treasure trunk or jewelry box for a man or woman. And perfect for coins.

It measures about 4 3/4" x 3 1/4" over the interior, and measures 5 1/2" long across the exterior. Color is crystal clear, no makers marks that we could find. Condition is very good, without chips or damage.
