vintage pewter compote bowl, weathered dull silver metal centerpiece

We love this old metal compote, it's a perfect stand for fruit, plants and / or greenery, or other displays.

The color is lovely, a dull zinc shade, not at all shiny. Probably pewter, we think - though this isn't marked that we could see.

This measures 9 3/4" in diameter, and stands 6 3/4" tall to the rim of the bowl. It's a little spotted and shows some scratching from use.
