vintage steak plate holders, wood tavern trays w/ pewter aluminum tankard cups

Pair of 70s vintage wooden 'tavern trays'... I believe these were probably intended to hold sizzling steak plates, though we just have the trays and the tankards. These are nice and clean, never used.

The wood trays measure 16" long end to end, and 8" long over the indents for the plates. Either platter style restaurant china steak plates or the vintage aluminum steak plates would look good on these trays! The 'pewter' cups are made of aluminum, and stand 4 3/4" tall.
