McHenry County Illinois antique vintage plat map book, no date

Old plat book for McHenry Co. Illinois... no date on this anywhere that we could find, on the book or on the maps. Most of the businesses with ads in this book have phone numbers, though not all, and the phone numbers have names with short numbers, or just short numbers. One of the ads is for ice!

If you're local to the area and can give us suggestions as to be sure of the date, we'd appreciate it! And in the meantime would guess this as very early century vintage, pre 1920's.

The cover is very brittle and is chipping, though the map pages are not brittle. Some of the maps are marked up in pencil, and the fold out county map at the front is splitting along the fold lines.

The book measures 11" x 8 1/4".
