vintage metal art music box Happy Days Are Here Again merry go round ferris wheel

Metal art amusement park carousel and ferris wheel scene with wind up music box, plays Happy Days Are Here Again. Made in China, this is 1990s vintage I think?

It's about 5 1/2" tall, steel finished and distressed to look like copper. There's an area of rust spotting on the base (not terribly visible on this coloring). Please see photos.

Works fine, though the rubber band drive belt to rotate the ferris wheel is a little loose!
