ladies lap dog paperweight, 30s vintage painted chalkware carnival piece

Cute 1930s vintage chalkware carnival piece, a 'toy' dog about 5" x 5", flat at the back and on the bottom, to use as a paperwight (too light in weight for a bookend or door stop, we think!) It's in very nice shape, without chips or damage.
