vintage Navy sailor's uniform shirt & pants w/anchor patch

Vintage sailors shirt and pants with an anchor and service stripe patches on left arm We're not sure the exact vintage or rank of these or if the shirt and pants are part of the same uniform. They came to us together, so we left them together.

The shirt is marked as "65% poly - 35% rayon" and measures 20" long on the arm (armpit to cuff), 41" around the chest (under the arms), 17" across the shoulders on the back and 19" long (from the base of the collar to the bottom of the tail).

The trousers are marked "Blue 3364 - 55% poly - 45% wool". They have a 29" waist and have a 30" inseam. These are in nice condition.
