vintage Mexican onyx book ends, Aztec Indian carved stone head

1960s - 70s vintage hand-carved onyx bookends, probably made in Mexico, though these aren't marked. The book ends are 5 3/4" tall, and very heavy. Both are in very good condition without damage.
